Attack of the Atomic Zombies

Director:  Tony Diana

Genre:  Retro Spoof

In the small rural town of Stafford Springs, things begin to get strange when an eccentric old scientist, Dr. Harry Housen (Andrew Wrobel), moves in to the “Old Crane Place”. Sheriff Eddie Wood (Steve Bednar), who tends to take words a little too literally, is besieged by reports of loitering. As he investigates, he discovers the doctor has been performing secret experiments with atomic energy. The waste of these experiments has been polluting the town’s water supply and turning the citizens into loitering atomic zombies. Now, the sheriff, with the help of his secretary, Gale Arden(Allyson Diana), who is the only person who knows she is actually in a B-movie, Patricia Benson (Katie Gallant), the town sweetheart, and the mysterious man in black must find a way to stop the doctor and the zombies before all is lost.In this comedic send-up of 1950‘s B-movies, no script is written for this film. Instead, the actors will improv all of the dialogue using only a plot synopsis for each scene with hilarious results. There will be plenty of old sci-fi movie references as well as the introduction of the next big cinematic creature that will steal your heart (if not your peanut butter first) Fufu plus ufo's, aliens and more prepare for the Attack of the Atomic Zombies!
